Inclusive services

Services: Individual services/treatments included in the program cannot be changed or refunded.

Changes: Changes after booking are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs. Availability and price will be reassessed in each case.

Payment: 50% prepayment within 3 banking days is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid before arrival.

Cancellation: No cancellation fee up to 22 nights before arrival.100% cancellation fee of the deposit applies for cancellations between 21 and 15 nights before arrival.100% cancellation fee of the total amount applies for cancellations 14 nights before arrival or less.

No-show: In case of no-show, the full cost will be charged. Refunds are not possible.

Insurance: The program is not a mandatory service covered by health insurance and cannot be billed to the insurer.
