Retreat Details

This unique therapy works on the body’s three main energy centers to harmonize and balance life force energy. Combining Tui Na massage, Reiki, crystal healing and aromatherapy with bespoke oil blends, it promotes the individual function of each energy center.

A full-body massage flowing from gentle to firm, inspired by the natural power of water. From as strong as a waterfall to as gentle as a small stream.

Practical guidance to navigate anxiety, adapt to change and cultivate emotional resilience. The session explores the brain’s natural responses to fear and stress. Through grounding exercises, visualization, and affirmations, participants will practice techniques to regain calm and confidence during challenging moments.

Including Chakra Meditation (60min) for energy alignment, Walking Meditation (45min) and Pranayama (45min) to calm the mind and enhance self-awareness.

Traditional Yoga (60min) and Qi Gong (60min) to increase flexibility and mental clarity.

Floating Session "Waves of Silence" (60min) and Sound Healing (60min) for profound relaxation and inner balance.

A traditional water-based therapy to promote circulation, strengthen the autonomic nervous system and restore energy.
