The public thermal bath sets new standards in the wellness area with the largest infusion sauna in Switzerland made of Kelo-wood. You'll can also take advantage of a resting house and a natural pond with its own sun deck. Admission to the Tamina Therme is free for hotel guests.

Do you love silent spaces? Do you like ethereal aromas and moderate, classic spa infusions? The traditional Finnish sauna is the right choice for you.
In the steam bath, the temperatures are between 40 and 60 degrees. Due to the high humidity, the body sweats less, but the immune system is strengthened just as much. The steam bath also promotes blood circulation, purifies and relaxes the muscles.

The Sanarium offers a slightly different take on the traditional Finnish sauna. The Sanariam experience sits somewhere between that in a classic hot and dry sauna and the steam baths. Due to the low temperatures, the sanarium is a good choice for beginners visiting our Sauna World.

In the infrared sauna the body is not heated by hot air but by infrared rays. The best results are achieved in around 25 to 30 minutes. The heat penetrates the skin gently, directly into the subcutaneous tissue. This is well-suited for relaxation, detoxification, pain relief, anti-aging and skin rejuvenation.

The heart of the sauna village in the Tamina Therme is the largest infusion sauna in Switzerland, built from Scandinavian Kelo wood. Mood lighting, relaxing music and invigorating scents play together and stimulate all the senses.
