The Birth of a world renowned wellbeing and health Resort

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz has reinvented itself a number of times in the course of its history. Over and over again, ground-breaking ideas have brought glittering times to this exclusive wellness resort.

A sum of 160 million Swiss francs (100 million euros) is being invested in renovation work and to safeguard the company’s long-term position as a leading international wellbeing & medical health resort in the 5-star luxury class.  
The investment programme included the construction of 56 exclusive new Spa Suites and Spa Lofts to complement the Grand Hotel Quellenhof, as well as the total refurbishment of the Grand Hotel Hof Ragaz and of the Tamina Therme. Also the Medical Health Center has already been modernised and the historic Kursaal converted into an up-to-the-minute Business & Event Center.

The largest renovation and construction project in the resort’s history has being completed on schedule in June 2009.
